Further Race Information:
Saturday:
Registration – from 3:00pm
This will be in the usual place of the St George Amphitheatre. For those that do not know the Amphitheatre is located on the The Terrace between Roe Street and Barlee Street. All competitors will need to register on Saturday. If you are a member of a team, only one of you needs to register, but it is your responsibility to ensure the rest of the team gets what they need. Your race pack will contain all your race requirements. A race briefing at 5:00pm at the Amphitheatre will follow registration immediately. PLEASE NOTE, this briefing is not compulsory, but all event staff reserve the right to refuse questions that have been addressed in the briefing.

Sunday
Please do not park on the Terrace around transition. This is YOUR run course. There is plenty of parking at Rowden Park (straight across the road from transition). Bike racking will take place on Sunday morning. The racks will be allocated per race so please find a space on the correct rack. Body numbering is compulsory and will be done when you exit transition. Transition opens at 4.30am. Please allow enough time to rack your bike and setup your gear before transition closes at 5.30am. The swim start is a 200m walk from the Amphitheatre and will take place at the RED Flood Marking pole.

Wave Starts – To be announced
For those of you wondering whether it will be a wetsuit swim, this race is fully sanctioned and is run under TA rules. Therefore, a measurement will be taken Saturday morning and announcement will be made at race briefing.

Aid Stations
There will be NO aid stations on the bike leg. Please ensure you have enough fluid to get you through the 40km ride. There are 4 aid stations on the run. One at each turn around, one near transition and one near the amphitheatre. The electrolyte we are using is Infinit. We will also have water available. There will also be Infinit, water and watermelon at the finish line.
